My Go-To Starbucks Order

My name is Bethany and I struggle with CantGoADayWithoutCoffee Syndrome. Seriously though, I love coffee. One of my favorite things to do is find a cute new coffee shop to try. However, coffee can sometimes get so high in calorie we have no idea we just drank a 1,000 calorie drink... Let me repeat that for a second, 1,000 CALORIES. For some people, who cares! You drink that coffee girl. I wish I could too! Those holiday Starbucks drinks get me evvvverytime. But, if I can get the calorie count down and still feel the same satisfaction, why not?


Here's some of my favorite go-to coffee order's at Starbucks that won't break the calorie bank!


What to order:

Vanilla sweet cream cold brew

Substitute vanilla for sugar free vanilla

OR

Substitute vanilla for 2 pumps white mocha (for my fellow white chocolate mocha sistas)
